About Super Sucker

A puzzle platformer in which your only tool is a vacuum. Enemies and loose objects can be pulled in and then fired back out, which means your ammunition is whatever you have just cleared โ€” and since the vacuum holds a limited amount, hoovering up the first thing you see can leave no room for the thing you actually needed. Boss encounters turn on this directly. Upgrades between levels change what you can carry, which changes how a room can be approached.

How to Play

Hold to suck. Nearby enemies and loose objects are pulled in. Release to fire what you are holding back out โ€” what you shoot is whatever you picked up. The vacuum holds a limited amount, so what you choose to carry matters as much as what you clear. Use it to get past obstacles and deal with the boss at the end of each level. Upgrades between levels improve what the vacuum can do.

Good to know

One-touch control โ€” hold and release is the whole scheme โ€” so it plays the same with a mouse or a finger. Levels are distinct and end with a boss, which gives it clearer stopping points than most of the catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can I not pick anything up?

The vacuum is full. Fire something out to make room โ€” this is what catches most people out mid-fight.

Does it matter what I shoot at a boss?

Yes. A room is usually a question of finding the right thing to use rather than firing as much as possible.

What do the upgrades change?

What the vacuum can hold and how it behaves, which changes how a room can be approached rather than just how hard you hit.
