About Golf Orbit
A golf game reduced to a single swing. There is no course and no par — there is one shot, and the only question is how far the ball travels before it comes to rest. Timing the swing sets the launch, and from there the ball is on its own. Distance is both the score and the reward, so a run that ends early still counts for something, and the distances you can reach grow over a session rather than within any one attempt.
How to Play
Time your click to the swing meter. Where you catch it is what sets the shot. The ball travels on its own once struck — there is nothing to steer. Your distance is your score, and it is what you spend between attempts to reach further next time. Swing again. Timing helps, but what you unlock between runs is what raises the ceiling.
Good to know
A single click per attempt, so it plays the same everywhere and needs no explanation. Runs last seconds, which makes this one of the better games here for filling small gaps of time rather than sitting down with. Progress carries between attempts, so nothing is wasted.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is maximum power always the best shot?
Not necessarily. Height is not distance, and a shot that stays lower and keeps travelling can beat one launched as hard as possible.
My distance has stopped improving. What now?
Timing has a ceiling set by what you have unlocked. If your best shots have levelled off, spending what you have earned will move you further than more practice will.
Can I take a second shot in the same run?
No — a run is one swing. Attempts are short enough that starting again costs you nothing.
